Welcome to the world of Seeded. Here, we invite you to share your floral ambitions and aspirations for your event, day or festivity in a detailed questionnaire. If we’re mutually aligned, we’ll begin working on your custom proposal.
We’ll connect on a virtual consultation to walk through every detail to ensure we’ve covered everything. We’ll meticulously create a floral proposal that aligns with your budget and vision. From subscriptions and installations to arrangements and bouquets, every bloom is thoughtfully selected before you pay, meaning no surprises will arise prior to your day.
Once the proposal has been approved, we’ll schedule a virtual or in-person floral meeting and venue tour closer to your date, depending on location. This is also when mood boards come out, ideas are welcome, and your story begins to take shape. We’re on hand for additional check-ins, questions, and anything else you may need as we approach your date.

We tend to book out roughly a year in advance. We always recommend reaching out as soon as you solidify your wedding date just to be safe!
All of our floral designs are custom. Our pricing varies on the type of event, size, travel and any special requests. To get a better idea of pricing, we recommend sharing more details about your event in our inquiry form here, and we’ll be in touch.
Absolutely! We mean it when we say we love traveling to near and far destinations. Our travel fees depend on the chosen destination, venue and the overall scope of the project.
Final payments and design details are due four weeks before your event date.
After that point, we cannot guarantee that we can source your specific florals in such a short time frame. Additionally, if your guest count decreases or we need to downsize in some way, the money from the cut items will be used as needed through other designs and added to other areas.
We work with a handful of talented and creative vendors we’d be honored to connect you with. Please let us know in your inquiry form, and we’ll be sure to share our list of recommended specialists for your event.
Of course! Once you’ve approved the proposal, we require a $1,000 down payment or a 25% deposit to secure your event date. Afterwards, we’ll divide up the remainder payments for your event in your contract. If you need to break out the payments beyond our initial payment schedule, please let us know, and we can work something out.
In true Seeded fashion, we do not recreate floral designs. Why? Because we believe your story is completely unique and should be commemorated as such. We can use photos from past events for inspiration and to gain a better understanding of your event aspirations; however, every floral design we bring to life will be completely custom.
